I paid but the download link doesn't work
Each download link is single-use and expires in 24 hours. To get a fresh one, re-open the success page from your Stripe receipt email (the URL ends with ?session_id=cs_…).
If you exceeded the per-purchase redemption cap (default 6 fresh links), email us at support@noveralis.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll bump it.
If Stripe is still showing your payment as "processing", wait 30–60 seconds and refresh — the webhook may not have landed yet.
Scan results seem inaccurate
The local detection engine uses heuristic methods. Very short texts (<100 words) produce less reliable results.
Texts that mix human editing with AI generation may produce middle-range scores — this is expected.
For higher accuracy, enable the OpenAI / custom-API connector (Pro) in Settings > Detection API.
Badges don't appear on my posts
Check Settings > Display Settings — ensure "Show badges on posts" is enabled.
Posts must be scanned first. Go to Dashboard and run a bulk scan.
Some themes override the_content filter. Try switching to a default theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) to verify.
Bulk scan seems stuck or slow
The bulk scanner processes posts in batches via AJAX/REST API. On shared hosting with low PHP memory limits, batches may be smaller.
Ensure your PHP max_execution_time is at least 60 seconds.
If it stops, refresh the page and click "Scan All" again — it will resume where it left off.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open WordPress admin → AI Explainer Pro → Subscription, type the email you used at checkout, and click "Open billing portal". You can also cancel directly from your Stripe receipt email.
After cancellation, the Pro plugin keeps working with the version you have — only the auto-update service stops. To go back to Lite, just delete the Pro ZIP from the Plugins screen and re-install Lite from WordPress.org.
